Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms govern the use of www.greenlima.com.pe and the contracting of the transport services of [COMPLETAR: razón social] ("Green Lima"), RUC [COMPLETAR: RUC]. By using the site or booking a service, the user declares to have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Green Lima provides taxi, SUV and van transfers to and from Jorge Chávez International Airport, and other transport services in Metropolitan Lima and Callao. Online bookings with payment currently cover transfers from the airport to the districts listed in the form.

3. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed only when the payment is approved and the user receives the voucher by e-mail.
  • It must be made at least [COMPLETAR: horas de anticipación] hours in advance.
  • The user is responsible for providing correct data (pick-up date and time, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, e-mail and phone).

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in [COMPLETAR: USD o soles] and include [COMPLETAR: impuestos aplicables].
  • Payment is processed through the Izipay gateway. Green Lima does not store card data.
  • The price covers the stated transfer, airport parking and up to 1 hour of waiting after the flight lands.
  • Additional waiting time, intermediate stops or changes of destination may generate extra charges, informed beforehand.

5. Airport pick-up

The driver waits for the passenger at [COMPLETAR: punto de encuentro] holding a sign with their name. If the flight is delayed, Green Lima adjusts the pick-up time according to the flight number provided. If the passenger does not show up after the included waiting time without having made contact, the service is considered rendered.

6. Capacity and luggage

Each vehicle has a limit of passengers and suitcases, shown when booking. For safety, no more passengers or luggage than allowed will be carried. Minors travel accompanied by an adult. Baby seats are [COMPLETAR: disponibles a pedido / no disponibles].

7. Cancellations, changes and refunds

  • Cancellation more than [COMPLETAR: horas] hours in advance: refund of [COMPLETAR: porcentaje] %.
  • Cancellation less than [COMPLETAR: horas] hours in advance: [COMPLETAR: condición].
  • Changes of date or time are requested by WhatsApp or e-mail and are subject to availability.
  • Refunds are made to the same payment method through Izipay; the time to receive the funds depends on the issuing bank.

8. User obligations

Provide truthful information, be on time, respect traffic and on-board rules, and not carry objects prohibited by law.

9. Liability

Green Lima provides the service with trained drivers and well-maintained vehicles. It is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or fortuitous events (for example, road closures, natural disasters or measures by the authorities), nor for items left in the vehicle, although it will do its best to recover them.

10. Use of the site

It is forbidden to use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to breach its security or to send false information. The content of the site (texts, logos, images) belongs to Green Lima or its licensors.

11. Complaints Book

The user may register complaints in the Virtual Complaints Book.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

Green Lima may update these Terms. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the booking, which is recorded.

14. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Disputes are submitted to the judges and courts of [COMPLETAR: Lima o Callao], without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to INDECOPI.
